Lambeth Marsh House stood empty for over a decade. We restored this listed, two-storey home in Lambeth, respecting its heritage while updating it for modern living.
Original features - panelled fireplaces, woodwork, and skirting - were carefully reinstated. A contemporary rear and side extension brings in light and space, complementing the historic fabric. The open-plan ground floor and new glazed addition create a bright, airy environment. Modern furniture finishes the transformation.
FRAHER Architects delivered a full RIBA service. All joinery was crafted and installed by FRAHER Joinery.
