Architectural Services
We specialise in sustainable design for both new and existing buildings. Our work balances creativity and compliance, navigating complex planning contexts with a focus on materials, energy efficiency, and long-term impact.

We are ARB-registered Architects aligned with the RIBA Plan of Work, we offer complete Architectural Services from concept to project handover, delivering innovative designs that exceed client expectations.
How it works

We kick the process off with the Design Primer. We will prepare 2 No. sketch schemes for the property including plans, 3D Sketches, precedent studies and suggestions for material finishes. The fee of the Design Primer is deducted from the overall % fee with the design and planning stage of the project.

After the Design Primer we develop the design ideas to form a scheme to be submitted for planning. Depending upon the building and its location, we may need to compile additional planning reports to form a full submission. We will handle the submission of the application and the communications with the planning authority during the determination process.

With planning approved, we refine designs, finalize materials, layouts, and construction details. We oversee the appointment of the Design Team, briefing and coordinating their technical designs. We recommend commissioning a Quantity Surveyor to prepare a level 2 Cost Plan to help set out the budget framework for the project. We bring a build partner to the table, to deliver the Construction stages of the project. Their early involvement assists with costing and buildability queries.

Once work begins on site – with a team that you already know, and that already knows your project – pace moves more and more quickly, but with our weekly site reports, guided site visits, ongoing overviews and revisions, we ensure that your build project runs as an enjoyable and empowering experience, all the way through to completion.

We believe that project handover, doesn't mean that it's over. In fact, in our experience, we've discovered that it's much more of a new beginning. So we remain as your team, your support, and your partner in a whole host of ways and for as long as it suits your needs.
