Design Approach:

We are working on designs for a sensitive refurbishment of this listed cottage within a Lambeth Conservation Area. We are carefully working with the existing historic fabric to enhance the home while preserving its unique character.

Rather than making extensive changes, our approach focuses on a series of thoughtful, well-crafted interventions that improve the way the house is used today.

A key part of the proposal is the conversion of the attic into a new principal bedroom, making the most of the existing roof space while respecting the proportions and heritage of the building. Every alteration has been carefully considered to celebrate the cottage's history while creating a comfortable and enduring family home.
