We were asked by the owners of Mons Cheesemongers, to help them with the fit out of their new shop on Lordship Lane in East Dulwich. The shop was designed to be a chilled environment. The floor was reinforced to take the weight of the central cheese unit, and the floor was tanked to enable the space to be washed down each day.
