Negotiated Tender
At FRAHER, we pride ourselves on our established network of highly skilled builders in London. We prioritise a collaborative approach through a negotiated tender process, which involves engaging the contractor at an earlier stage compared to the competitive tender process. By working closely with our trusted contractors, we aim to deliver projects to the highest standards while ensuring transparency, reliability, and the avoidance of project complications. Below, we will explain how our negotiated tender process with skilled builders, ensures accurate pricing, project deliver-ability, and a successful outcome.

We Are FRAHER
FRAHER is an award-winning, Architect-led design and build company with over 15 years of experience. We deliver high-end architectural projects for home and business owners.

Colour Profiles
The colours you choose for your spaces have a massive impact on the overall look and feel of your home. We have collected together the paint palettes for a number of the projects you will have seen in our portfolio. Colour is such a personal choice and we hope that these colour profiles assist you in thinking about your own project.

Fixtures, Fittings & Equipment Guide
The way that we approach FF&E is to imagine you were to turn your home upside down, FF&E is generally everything that would remain attached, FF&E doesn’t include loose furniture and fabrics. For all projects, our Architects propose the suggested FF&E that would work for your design. This is detailed in a schedule and included within your Architectural fee. However, to help keep the build phase on track against time and budget, and to help reduce contract costs, we often fully manage the procurement of FF&E for our clients.

Architectural Interiors
The choice of finishes throughout your project will have a large impact on the quality of space and overall style of your home. It is important that there is a cohesive look and feel to the building, and we will guide you through this process. It is helpful for you to be comfortable with the decision-making stage that is to come during the technical design stage, as well as on-site. There are lots of choices that can often feel like they are coming from all angles.
